Dear Veteran,

We regret to inform you that due to the economic downturn, the law firm that hosts the Veterans Advocate Center has undergone staffing changes. This has resulted in the closure of the Veterans Advocate Center, a result which is saddening to us, but nevertheless it is outside of our control.  The Veterans Advocate Center is winding down operations as of mid-December, and by December 31, 2009 it will cease to exist.

If you are a veteran seeking assistance with a claim, we cannot take your case at this time. However, please look at the Questions and Answers page for information that may help you with your claim. I have updated it to give much more information about how you can represent yourself without an attorney, as well as how to find an attorney to represent you.

All our clients have been informed of this development and assistance has been provided to find alternate attorneys to continue their claims. If you are a current client and have NOT received a package from our firm containing your file or a letter discussing this situation, please call 215-348-2088 and ask for attorney Jake LaForet.
